Mary has been working in Australian banking and financial industry for nearly two decades now since she first landed here as an international student.
Ms. Vanhoorn was previously a Business Development Manager at Bank of Melbourne, managing over 200 mortgage brokerage companies, specializing in the Asian market. Mary also worked in the Commonwealth Bank of Australia’s Premier Banking division, managing over 300 high net worth clients in her portfolio. These included CEOs, general managers, business professionals, and self-employed business owners, including a number of successful business people from China. While with the Commonwealth Bank, Mary’s rich lending experience and the passion to her clients led her reaching the approval of over $100 million worth of residential property investment loans in a single financial year – a very special achievement, recognized by both of her peers and colleagues.

While Noble Spring Holdings help Asian investors find vital projects that investors normally can’t tap into, Mary leads her another financial company Aloanstar to help these investors and businesses to arrange loans or funds to complete the transaction when it needs to be.
It is this combined experience that Asian investors will be able to capitalize on to enable the successful investment.
